House Parent or Support Staff - Union Gospel Mission

Are you called to do ministry with young people, and wanting to go deeper with fewer?  

BelPres, Eastside Academy and Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission have partnered to open and operate two homes for the 6 most unstably/unsafely-housed boys and girls who are students of Eastside Academy.  

Each home is hiring a resident house parent, and a non-resident part-time support staff, with rich support from the Academy, Church, and a third Ministry-intern house.  The ideal house parent is a married person with youth ministry experience, looking for a benefitted full-time position mentoring at most 6 kids for a two year commitment.
