Steel Lake Presbyterian Church Celebrates Grandparents and Their Grandchildren, Grandparent’s Day

Federal Way, Washington – Steel Lake Presbyterian Church will be hosting their first Grandparents Day on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The day will include games, a photo booth, food, booths on health care and school enrollment information from various local and county agencies. All are welcome to attend this family day at the Steel Lake Presbyterian Church, 1829 South 308th Street, Federal Way, WA 98003. Everyone who considers themselves GRAND is invited.

Pastor Will Mason says the church knows there are many families who would be totally lost without the lifesaving wisdom, guidance, and resources from our grandparents. He says this is Steel Lake’s way of celebrating this grand relationship. Looking forward to this day as we affirm families in the community – a time of blessing in worship and education.
