St. Andrew's House 7550 East Hwy 106, Union, WA 98592
In March, we will be focusing on simplicity, freedom, and humility. These retreats will include teaching on Ignatian spirituality, times of sharing in community, 36+ hours of silence, individual spiritual direction, morning, and evening prayers, and will conclude with a time of corporate worship.
In a directed retreat, a director is assigned to each retreat participant. In these meetings, retreat participants talk over what is happening in their prayer and reflection as they seek to open themselves to God and become sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit deep in their hearts. The director’s role is to support the retreat participant in noticing the reality of God’s presence and activity, coming to trust what has been noticed, and responding to God’s presence and activity.
