St. Andrew PC is hosting a series of three trainings regarding mental health. The last in the series will be held on Saturday, May 7, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The trainings will be led by Craig Rennebohm, and this session will focus on companionship training; specificially, it will address the following:
- Learn how to act on your concern for a family member, friend, coworker, neighbor or the stranger in need
- Learn the basic practices of companionship – hospitality, neighboring, sharing
the journey side by side, listening and accompaniment
- Discover how companionship helps a person in need build a circle of care and support
