It is with both joy and sadness that I announce that as of Wednesday morning, I will no longer be an employee of the Seattle Presbytery. I have accepted a position with the School Employees Credit Union of WA (it's an affiliate of Pemco Insurance) managing their social media, and will start work there tomorrow. The entire process has been a whirlwind, and I found out mid-week last week what my start date would be.
We've been busy at the Presbytery office sorting out who will be taking over my responsibilities, and I'm confident that you'll still be able to get the same wonderful help that you're used to receiving from the presbytery staff.
- General questions / not sure who to contact: email@example.com and the questions will be routed to the appropriate person
- Communications requests: Aaron Willett firstname.lastname@example.org
- COM, Stated Clerk, Congregation, etc questions: Kevin Nollette email@example.com
- Accounting, finance, money questions: Kris Green firstname.lastname@example.org
Working at the Presbytery for the last two years has been such a blessing and a joy. I have been a lifelong Presbyterian, more as accident of birth than deliberate choice, but having a front-row seat to how well our system is designed to work and the ways that the presbytery is able to support its churches, I am more convinced than ever that deep down I really belong as a Presbyterian! I am so blessed to have met you all at the presbytery meetings and as you visit our offices - you are such wonderful people! I am so grateful for the friendships I will be leaving with, and I look forward to continuing to see you all at Presbytery events in the coming months and years.
Shalom my friends,
