The person in this position will work with our team to build, launch, and manage the Synergy Common - an online learning community that will provide resources, training, and peer-to-peer interaction for hundreds of Christian mission leaders around the world. Thousands of people have already signed up to the launch list for the site (synergycommons.net).
What kind of position is this?
visionSynergy is seeking a bright, creative, highly organized, and tech-savvy person to join our team as an Online Community Manager. We want a self-motivated learner with a positive attitude. If you are a committed follower of Jesus who is passionate about world mission and would like the opportunity to work in a unique and exceptionally strategic ministry, then you might be the perfect person for this position.
You will work with our team to build, launch, and manage the Synergy Commons - an online learning community that will provide resources, training, and peer-to-peer interaction for hundreds of Christian mission leaders around the world. Thousands of people have already signed up to the launch list for the site (synergycommons.net).
Hosting an online community is a totally new area for us as a team, so we are all on a learning curve! Together, we will develop the world’s only community of practice
dedicated to advancing collaboration in global Christian mission. Through your work with the team, you will help hundreds of Christian leaders and their organizations learn how to more effectively work together to accomplish what they could never do alone.
