Exec. Director - Audiobook Ministries

AUDIOBOOK MINISTRIES is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization/library dedicated to providing audio books/literature and associated services to people who are blind and/or disabled. To that end, our staff and volunteers are expected to be Christians and exhibit Christian characteristics when interfacing with staff and others. 

Job Title: Executive Director

Reports to: The Board of Directors

Supervisory Responsibility: Six part-time staff.

Hours/Work schedule:

·       Part-time position, 28 hours per week

·       Specific hours to be worked to be determined by the Executive Director

·       Holidays, vacation, and sick leave provided.

Exempt/Non-exempt: Exempt

Job Definition:

The Executive Director provides leadership, vision, fiscal health and accountability, and outreach for the ministry. The Director serves as the primary fundraiser for AUDIOBOOK MINISTRIES, oversees staff and volunteers to accomplish our goals and tasks, and interfaces with the public to be the “face” of the ministry. 

Annual Salary:  $30,000-$33,000. No medical benefits.
