As members of the Seattle Presbytery continue to prepare for the sale of the Seattle First Presbyterian Church property, you are invited to meet at Mt Baker Park Presbyterian Church, 3201 Hunter Blvd. S., on Thursday, September 6, at 7pm, to pray for God’s wisdom and guidance.

At our July 18 meeting, and in subsequent round-table conversations, issues of the propriety of the sale, the future use of the property, distribution of any revenue, affordable housing and homelessness, and the wider mission-vision of the Presbytery in regard to the city, have been raised.

The meeting at Mt Baker Park will be a time to pray, and to talk specifically about the theological and missional aspects of the disposition of the First Pres property.
