Seattle First Presbyterian Church is seeking to hire a part-time (20 hours) Administrative Support. This person will maintain and update our membership database (Servant Keeper), prepare membership/attendance reports, and work from the main office with a welcoming presence. Applicants must have a love for Jesus Christ and be practicing Christians. High school diploma is required. Applicants must have basic computer skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Publisher). Resumes are accepted immediately. Responsibilities:
- Welcoming presence at the main office (Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Answering church phone and emails
- Updating database and calendars (event/staff)
- Communication with facility users/tenants
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and printing various documents
