Rose Hill Presbyterian Church (Kirkland, WA) is looking for a vibrant and visionary person to fill our half-time (20 hours per week) Director of Youth and Family Ministries. This could be filled by someone who’s in college/seminary, just out of college/seminary, someone who has a part-time job and is looking for another to compliment it, a stay-at-home mom or dad looking for part-time work, and more. The purpose of this position is to foster Christian faith formation in youth and their families at Rose Hill Presbyterian Church. We seek an energetic candidate who: ● Contagiously loves Jesus, the church, youth, and their “neighbor.” ● Engages in activities/spiritual disciplines which will deepen his/her personal faith. ● Leads from a place of vision, creativity, intentionality, and authenticity. ● Is able to communicate vision and inspire others to join efforts to bring it to fruition. ● Is a team player with Staff, Volunteers, Adults, and Youth, being unafraid to speak the truth in love while leading by example.  
Summary: The person in this position will provide vision, leadership, and direct involvement in RHPC’s Youth and Family Ministries (YFM) by building and leading a vital ministry for youth (Middle and High School students).
