The purpose of this position is to foster Christian faith formation in youth and their families at Rose Hill Presbyterian Church. We seek an energetic candidate who: ● Contagiously loves Jesus, the church, youth, and their “neighbor.” ● Engages in activities/spiritual disciplines which will deepen his/her personal faith. ● Leads from a place of vision, creativity, intentionality, and authenticity. ● Is able to communicate vision and inspire others to join efforts to bring it to fruition. ● Is a team player with Staff, Volunteers, Adults, and Youth, being unafraid to speak the truth in love while leading by example.
Summary: The person in this position will provide vision, leadership, and direct involvement in RHPC’s Youth and Family Ministries (YFM) by building and leading a vital ministry for youth (Middle and High School students).
