Renewal Ministries Northwest is looking for a highly-relational communicator and manager to join our growing ministry as Operations Director. An ideal candidate is strategic and innovative; works well independently; and demonstrates strong writing skills. Prior donor development experience is a strength, but we are also prepared to help the right person grow her/his skills in this area.

Renewal Ministries Northwest (founded in 2003) is a vibrant, growing regional nonprofit that helps people connect with God through prayer and other spiritual practices. Renewal Ministries is committed to moving everyone toward a deepening relationship with God that shapes their life, in ways both big and small. Historically, we’ve endeavored to do this primarily through prayer retreats, spiritual direction, and communal discernment—but we remain open and responsive to the Holy Spirit.
