Position Summary
The Financial Development Administrator works closely with the Chief Executive Officer in establishing, executing and managing all financial development goals, priorities and plans. Summer Internship - Seattle Community Church

Title: Summer Intern. Full Time (40 hrs/week).
Purpose: To work with staff in planning, developing, and coordinating Vacation Bible School, Astoria Mission Trip and Creation Trip at SCC.

Accountability: Accountable to the pastor as head of staff.

Responsibilities:
I. Vacation Bible School
A. Lead and coordinate and train volunteers and programs.
B. Video production and editing.
C. Set up and run lighting and audio.
D. Manage curriculum, resources, and classrooms.
E. Nurture children’s spiritual development through relationships, creative teaching and
programming.
F. Run the VBS program.

We are a fellowship of all ages, abounding with children and school-aged students and are ready to take the next steps of growing in our ministry to youth and their families. At Mountain View, youth ministry is a high priority. Our current programs are strong, dynamic and ready for the leadership of a specialist who has a vision for evangelism, mission and discipleship. We are looking    for a person with excellent people skills and a heart for young people.    The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to self-start, and be able to work with a team of volunteers.

Youth Dir. - Kennewick First PC

Kennewick First Presbyterian Church (KFPC) is now accepting applications for our full-time Youth Director position. KFPC is a 600 member, Christ-centered community located in Kennewick, Washington (the “Tri-Cities”). We are seeking a creative, passionate, and spiritually mature person who possesses the gifts and vision needed to develop and lead a comprehensive and sustainable youth ministry that equips youth to be lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. This person will also be given the opportunity to help grow KFPC’s ministry to college-age young adults.

Responsibilities include weekend and mid-week ministry, volunteer recruitment and development, youth & young adult outreach, seasonal camps & retreats, confirmation, and mission trips & projects. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a degree in ministry, education, or a related field preferred.  Two or more years of experience working with youth in a Christian setting is preferred, and a solid understanding of and appreciation for Reformed theology is desirable.
