What is a rhythm of life? Why should we consider having one of our own? How do we create our own? A personal Rule, Way or Rhythm of Life, hones our attention and intention so that we can live fully and well in this world, choosing the focus of our lives rather than just hoping our lives will communicate what we want. This all-day retreat day will offer a rhythm of instruction, quiet reflection and prayer. By the end of the day, you will at least have a beginning to your own rule of life, with understanding of how to complete it.
