SHARE, WHEEL and the Church Council of Greater Seattle are co-sponsoring this Summit from 1:00 to 3:30 PM Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at University Congregational United Church of Christ (4515—16th Ave NE). We sincerely hope you'll join us!

We know many faith communities in Seattle have the desire to do more. Momentum and resources to get going are growing! Our second Faith Shelter Summit back in January had more than TWICE the turnout of our October 2025 Summit, and we believe many new partners in resource-holders will be joining us on April 8th, including some bureaucrats and political office-holders! Mayor Wilson is setting a new goal of shelter in Seattle. We welcome this focus on immediate relief for the many people who have no shelter at all and want to pitch in!

Doors open at 12:30 pm and a light buffet lunch will be provided. Breakout groups will brainstorm topics including: accessing new potential resources for shelter, nuts and bolts of shelter provision, building the political will for shelter, and much more. We’ll close the event at 3:30 PM, but networking and debriefing can continue until 4 PM.
