Seattle Presbytery and Presbiterio de la Costa Norte Partnership: Una Hermandad

Seattle Presbytery has shared a covenantal partnership with the Presbiterio de la Costa Norte (Iglesia Presviteriana de Colombia) for over a decade, one that is based on mutuality and “convivencia” (living together).

We value and seek to deepen this relationship through co-learning which takes on many forms. One, and perhaps the most anticipated, is the annual trip members from Seattle Presbytery take to Barranquilla.

The Seattle Presbytery Colombia Partnership Task Force is hosting an informational gathering where you can come and learn more about this partnership, the context of the churches on the coast of Colombia, their mission, as well as how we are invited to come alongside as accompaniers. Come hear about the history and culture of our Colombian siblings and the role the presbyterian church has played there for over 170 years.

When: September 23 at 6pm

Where: Overlake Park Presbyterian Church, Bellevue (fellowship hall)
