The Central Kitsap Presbyterian Church (CKPC) Ministry Associate is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for significant ministry areas within the life of CKPC. The hours for this full-time position are distributed roughly in half: ~20 hours/week spent on duties as Youth Director, ~20 hours/week spent on Ministry Associate duties (which includes leadership in worship, congregational care, and adult discipleship).
