THERE ARE STILL A FEW SPOTS LEFT AT THE CROSSROADS VOCATIONAL DISCERNMENT AND TRANSITION SEMINAR AT IN PORTLAND, FEBRUARY 7-8, 2017.
This workshop is designed specifically for professional church workers who may be asking questions about the next steps on their professional journey. The Crossroads Seminar provides tools and resources that empower pastors and other church-work professionals to assess their core vocational strengths and interests, develop approaches to creatively apply these strengths in their current work, look at other vocational options where these strengths may apply, and develop a plan and strategy for navigating the road ahead with its various options.
So, if you (or a colleague you know) may be considering a transition to a ministry setting that may be a better "fit" for your skills, are in-between calls, are open to re-writing your next vocational chapter, are looking at the potential of bi-vocational work, or, because of various circumstances may be exploring the possibility of "re-careering" outside of the church altogether, this workshop is designed for you.
