Workshop on Race, Reconciliation, and Justice with Tali Hairston.
Join us February 3-5 at Sammamish Presbyterian Church, 22522 SE Inglewood Hill Rd, Sammamish, WA 98074 for a weekend with acclaimed writer and speaker Tali Hairston. Tali is the director of the John Perkins Center working for reconciliation, leadership training, and community development at Seattle Pacific University. He will be at SPC to speak and facilitate dialogue on the topic of race and justice. In addition to being a dynamic speaker, Hairston oversees co-curricular programs in global and urban service learning programs, intergroup dialogue, and experiential education opportunities in justice, poverty, ethnic identity, and cultural capacity. This two-day workshop will be intensive, thoughtful, and hard-work. This timely conversation in our world is open to the community, so invite a friend and come for a much needed conversation.

Friday from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. An evening workshop with discussion and dialogue followed by dessert reception.
Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Two workshops with light breakfast and coffee
Sunday 9:00 a.m. + 10:45 a.m. Tali will deliver the sermon at our regular morning worship services.
