Advent Prayer Retreat – Waiting in the Dark with Hope

In 2020, circumstances are challenging. Waiting is not easy when we are in the darkness of uncertainty. 

Advent is the season for us to be in a posture of staying awake—of being hopeful, not falling asleep—and seeing the goodness and faithfulness of God in our circumstances and in the circumstances around us.

We want to stay alert and not miss Christ’s glorious entrance into our dark night.

During this online prayer retreat, you will have opportunities to reflect on the quality of your waiting, to be immersed in Scriptures that model how to faithfully wait in the dark for Jesus’ coming, and to be renewed with expectant hope and peace.
